The company has been established for more than 6 years, and has a lot of experience in recruiting and supplying pilots of positions to domestic and foreign airlines. There is a strong and good connection with the airline and the airline department.

•In 2016, AVIK Established Avik Group in Singapore and same time opened Avik Vietnam, to provide experienced pilots to our partner airlines.

•Also, Providing initial pilots to the airlines by the Cadet Line Training Program. 
 

Recruit high-quality experienced and cadet pilots for airlines in Southeast Asia, especially focusing on Vietnam: Vietjet Air, Jetstar Pacific, Bamboo Airline, etc.

In addition, this year – 2023, we are processing to establish the Flight Training School in Cambodia, to training pilots and provide pilots to airlines in Vietnam and Asia area. The project's expected schedule will be completed at the beginning of next year and will begin to operate on March 2024.

In order to meet future aviation market demands, we are planning to open SIM Training Center and Air Cargo in Vietnam next year. (2024) We are in the process of completing the project and calling on investors to cooperate.

It is expected to be an expected project and will also bring profits to the nation as the project goes into operation.
